Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky arrived in the United States on Sunday to attend the United Nations General Assembly session amid an increasingly dangerous war of words with Russia.

AFP reports that Zelenskyy will present the plan to President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris and presidential candidate Donald Trump.
