Half of the month of October has passed but the feeling of heat still persists in the entire North India including Delhi-NCR. People are troubled by the strong sunlight and humidity during the day, due to which the use of AC and cooler is still going on. According to the Meteorological Department, mild cold may be experienced at the end of October but at present there is no hope of relief from the heat.
The weather today i.e. 12th October 2024 is likely to be clear. The maximum temperature can reach 35 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature can reach 22 degrees Celsius. The Meteorological Department said that the weather will be generally dry in Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh and Punjab. There is no possibility of rain in most parts of Western Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab and Himachal Pradesh.
Light drizzle in Gujarat
There is a possibility of light drizzle in some parts of Gujarat and Rajasthan. Light to moderate rain may occur especially in the southern areas of Gujarat. Meteorological Center Jaipur has informed that many areas of Rajasthan will remain cloudy for the next three-four days and light to moderate rainfall is expected.
