NIA is raiding 17 locations in seven states regarding the game of making terrorists in Bengaluru jail.
Let us tell you that NIA has been investigating this case for a year. Lashkar terrorist T Naseer is accused of converting prisoners into terrorists even inside Bengaluru Central Jail.
Apart from this, NIA is also engaged in investigation in Bengaluru cafe blast case. According to the information, NIA raids took place at many places in Bengaluru.
Search operation is still being conducted at 17 locations. It is being told that the strings of Bengaluru blast may also be connected with this radicalization racket.
Bengaluru City Police had registered a case in July 2023 after weapons and walkie talkies were found in Bengaluru jail. 7 pistols, 4 hand grenades and 45 live cartridges were recovered from the jail.
In such a situation, it has become clear that the blast that took place in the famous cafe of Bengaluru on Friday is also connected to prisoner radicalization.
The case of Rameshwaram cafe blast was handed over to the agency on Monday itself and a day later, NIA started raids.
Let us tell you that in the case of making terrorists in jail, NIA had already filed a charge sheet against eight people, which also includes T Naseer. Two suspects are also absconding.
How did the game go on in jail?
Let us tell you that Naseer is a resident of Kannur, Kerala. Since 2013, he is serving life sentence in Bengaluru Central Jail. In this case, the accused Junaid Ahmed and Salman Khan fled abroad. Naseer had made both of them terrorists in the jail itself.
Apart from this, many prisoners were also in contact with Naseer. This includes the names of Syed Suhail Khan, Mohammad Omar, Zahid Tabrez, Syed Mudasir Pasha, Mohammad Faisal Rabbani.
The agency has made many more allegations in the charge sheet against these five people. A case has also been registered against them under UAPA, Explosive Substances Act and Arms Act.
NIA had told. Naseer somehow managed to get all of them shifted to his barrack. After this, he started converting them into terrorists and brainwashing them.
After this, he used to prepare these people to include more people in Lashkar. After being released from jail, Junaid also got involved in some more crimes and then fled abroad.
According to the information, he funds the terrorist activities of Lashkar from abroad. Apart from this, along with Salman, he supplies arms and ammunition so that suicide attacks can be carried out.
