Lebanon rocked by blasts, lakhs of people forced to flee the country amid Israel’s havoc…

After vowing to destroy Hezbollah, Israel’s havoc in Lebanon is not stopping.

There is an atmosphere of panic in the country due to one attack after another by the Israeli army in Lebanon. On Saturday, Israel carried out more than a dozen airstrikes on the southern outskirts of Beirut and also struck a Palestinian refugee camp in northern Lebanon for the first time.

According to the statement of Hamas, in this attack the Israeli army killed a top Hamas official along with his entire family.

Hamas said in a statement that an officer from Hamas’ military wing, his wife and two daughters were killed in the attack on the Bedawi camp near Tripoli.

Hamas said another member of its group was killed in an Israeli strike in Lebanon’s eastern Bekaa Valley. The Israeli army said that it has killed two senior officers of the military wing of Hamas in Lebanon.

Along with eliminating top Hezbollah officials in Lebanon, Israel has also targeted many Hamas officials in Lebanon for almost a year since the Israel-Hamas war started.

Many people were seen crossing the border on foot

At least 1,400 Lebanese have been killed in Israeli attacks less than two weeks after the war with Hezbollah escalated.

These include common people, paramedics and Hezbollah fighters. Meanwhile, about 12 lakh people have become homeless.

At least six people were killed in more than a dozen Israeli air strikes overnight and Saturday, according to Lebanon’s state news agency National News Agency.

Nearly 375,000 people have fled Lebanon into Syria to seek refuge from Israeli attacks in less than two weeks, according to the Lebanese government. Many people were also seen crossing the border on foot.

Israeli ground operation

After the Hamas attack on October 7, Israel opened a war front in Gaza. Since then, there is daily firing between Hezbollah and the Israeli army. Due to this, thousands of people on both sides of the border have been forced to flee their homes.

Last week, Israel also started ground operations in southern Lebanon. At the same time, it has intensified its air strikes near Beirut.

According to Israel, nine Israeli soldiers have also been killed in ground clashes. Israel says that 250 Hezbollah fighters have been killed in this clash.
