Major accident averted at Anakapalle railway station in Andhra Pradesh, passenger trapped while boarding the train

A major accident was almost averted at Anakapalle railway station in Andhra Pradesh. It is being told that a passenger narrowly escaped getting trapped between the platform and the train while trying to board the Janmabhoomi Express at the railway station. Actually, when the train was preparing to depart, suddenly all the passengers present there got scared due to this incident.

After this the railway officials rushed to help the victim as he was trapped in a very bad situation. The passenger was rescued with great difficulty, with officials having to break the concrete floor of the platform to get him out safely.

The passenger was taken to NTR Hospital
After this the injured passenger was taken to NTR Hospital for immediate treatment. More information about his condition is awaited. A police investigation has also been launched to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident and prevent similar incidents in the future.

Earlier, a major train accident had occurred in Andhra Pradesh. A goods train had derailed between Thadi and Anakapalle railway stations in Anakapalle district here. This also had a huge impact on the movement of trains on the railways. Also many trains have been canceled and one train has been rescheduled.

Six trains were canceled
According to the information, the goods train laden with coal derailed at around 3.35 am. After this accident, South Central Railway has canceled six trains.
Earlier today, a major train accident took place in Nalpur, Kolkata, West Bengal in the morning of today i.e. 9th November 2024. Three coaches of the express train coming from Secunderabad to Shalimar have derailed. There has been no news of anyone getting injured in this incident yet. Let us tell you that in this incident, the three coaches of Secunderabad-Shalimar Express that derailed include a parcel van and two others. 10 buses have been arranged for the affected passengers for onward travel.
