Patna. The Bihar government has made large-scale administrative reshuffle. 41 IAS officers have been transferred. According to the notification issued by the General Administration Department, most of the officers who have been transferred are District Magistrates (DMs) of many districts.
According to the notification, Bhojpur District Magistrate Rajkumar has been appointed as the Managing Director of Bihar State Cooperative Milk Producers Federation (Comfed), while Shivhar DM Pankaj Kumar has been appointed as Director (Primary Education) in the Education Department, Director of Mines and Geology Department Mohammad Nayyar Iqbal has been sent to the Food and Consumer Protection Department as Special Secretary.
On the other hand, Jamui DM Rakesh Kumar has been made Director (Consolidation) in the Directorate of Land Records and Survey, Mithlesh Mishra, Director (Midday Meal) in the Education Department has been made DM of Lakhisarai, Deputy Director in Panchayati Raj Department Vidyanand Singh has been made Director in the Planning Department, Begusarai DM Roshan Kushwaha has been made DM of Samastipur, while Sheikhpura DM J Priyadarshini has been appointed as the Director in the Revenue and Land Reforms Department.
