The minimum age for social media in Norway was set at 13 years. Due to the adverse effects and increasing pressure on children, this age has been increased to 15 years. According to the research conducted by the government, 50 percent children above 9 years, 58 percent above 10 years and 72 percent children above 11 years use social media. Due to which they may have to face many problems in future. In view of this, the government has now increased the minimum age to 15 years.
