Big thug Sukesh Chandrashekhar has written a letter to Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal from Tihar Jail.
In this letter he has accused CM Arvind Kejriwal of threatening his family.
Sukesh has alleged that his family is being threatened for the past few days by making continuous calls from a mobile number.
He alleges that officers close to Satendra Jain and Arvind Kejriwal are also threatening him inside the jail.
In his letter, Sukesh has further written that I am not afraid. I will soon expose you before CBI.
Sukesh claims that from where Arvind Kejriwal will contest elections, he will oppose him as an independent candidate.
Sukesh alleges that Arvind Kejriwal lured him to give him ticket for Lok Sabha elections from Tamil Nadu.
Let us tell you that another ‘scandal’ had come to light about the mastermind Sukesh Chandrashekhar, who had committed a fraud of Rs 500 crore from Delhi jail.
Sukesh had sent dozens of messages from a foreign number to Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez from jail. Sukesh had told Jacqueline in a message on WhatsApp that ‘the court has asked you to come wearing a black suit…’.
Jacqueline has given a complaint to Delhi Police regarding this and has also filed a petition in the court.
A complaint was given against Sukesh a few days ago. In which Jacqueline had said in her complaint that Sukesh was threatening and harassing her. Sukesh sent a message to Jacqueline on June 30, “Baby, we have a court appearance on 6th of this month and if you are being produced through VC (Video Conferencing), please wear a black kurta or something in black. Wear it too, so I know you’ve seen all my messages and that you’re lovin’, baby and missing you so much… I love you baby, you’re always mine…!”
The case was listed before Justice Manoj Kumar Ohri and the lawyer representing Fernandes sought time to file a rejoinder to the ED’s affidavit.
The high court listed the case for further hearing on April 15.
In its reply, the ED claimed that Fernandes never disclosed the truth about the financial transactions with Chandrashekhar and always concealed the facts until evidence was found.
