Surveys are being conducted to gauge the mood of the people before the Lok Sabha elections 2024.
A survey conducted by a private channel has revealed that if elections are held today, India Alliance will make a clean sweep in Tamil Nadu.
According to India Today Group’s Mood of the Nation poll, India Alliance will win all the Lok Sabha seats in Tamil Nadu.
According to the survey, NDA does not seem to be getting even a single seat. According to the prediction made in the survey, the constituent parties of India Alliance will capture 39 out of 39 seats.
India faction gets 47 percent votes in Tamil Nadu: Survey
The India Today survey is based on answers given by 35,801 respondents across all Lok Sabha seats. The survey was conducted between December 15, 2023, and January 28, 2024.
According to the survey, the opposition alliance in Tamil Nadu is expected to get 47 percent vote share and the BJP-led NDA 15 percent vote share.
At present, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin’s party is part of the DMK India faction.
NDA has lead in Karnataka: Survey
In the 2019 general elections, NDA was not successful in securing even a single seat from Tamil Nadu. Recent surveys show that this year also NDA will not get much success in the southern state.
Talking about Karnataka, NDA seems to be performing better in the survey. Out of 28 Lok Sabha seats in Karnataka, NDA can win 24 seats. Whereas the India faction is expected to get 4 seats.
