With the new year, Israeli army IDF has intensified attacks in Gaza.

The Jerusalem Post reports that Israel has bombed several areas of Gaza. Most of those killed in this attack are civilians.

The health ministry of Gaza, controlled by Hamas, says Israel has attacked places the IDF considers safe for civilians.

Meanwhile, a former Israeli general has claimed that PM Benjamin Netanyahu has failed in the Gaza war. He said the IDF has failed to counter Hamas and take control of the tunnels.

Now it is facing the threat of attack not only by Hamas but also by Hezbollah.

Retired Israeli general Yitzhak Barik has claimed that Israel has failed to meet its goals in the war against Hamas in Gaza and is aiming for “imaginary tasks” such as destroying Hamas. He said Israel failed to counter Hamas and take control of the tunnels.

Threat of war with Hezbollah
Former IDF veteran Barik has warned that Israel, which is embroiled in the war against Hamas, is now also at risk of attack by the Lebanese terrorist group Hezbollah.

He said that there is a possibility of war between Israel and Hezbollah also. Hezbollah blames Israel for the attack in Gaza. On this, it has also laid siege to Israel since October 7. Israel has also been attacking many Hezbollah positions.
