Following the missile attack, the Israeli military said it had killed three terrorists who had crossed into Israel from Lebanon and were attempting to carry out the attack.
Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah said his group would not stop until a ceasefire was reached in Gaza. We will continue the attack, our aim is to cause damage to the enemy.
Israeli rescuers said the missile struck a house in the city of Yuval, killing a man in his 40s and his 70-year-old mother.
