The police assured the victim that legal action will be taken against the auto driver. The girl Neeti said that the Ola driver beat her up after cancelling the ride.
According to the police, the victim and her friend booked two autos on Ola the other day. The victim cancelled her trip as her friend’s car arrived first and she left in the same car. The other auto driver followed them and after stopping the car in which she was sitting, he started shouting and abusing her. The victim said that the auto driver beat her and misbehaved with her. When the victim started recording on her mobile, he became even more angry. The victim told the accused driver not to shout and abuse him, to which the driver asked what else he should do. When the girl told him that she would complain to the police, the auto driver challenged her to go to the police. In the video, the auto driver is seen snatching her phone. The victim alleges that he slapped her. The police is investigating the matter.
