Opportunity to repent; PM Modi’s message to ‘hustling’ MPs before the budget session…

The budget session of Parliament (2024-25) has started from today.

Earlier, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had given advice to the opposition. He has called it an opportunity for repentance.

While addressing the media before the budget, PM Modi said, “I hope that in the last 10 years, everyone did their work in the Parliament in whatever way was suggested to them.” Those who have become habituated to creating ruckus.”

He said, “All such MPs, who habitually tear apart democratic values, should introspect that what they have done in the last 10 years, even if you ask 100 people in your parliamentary constituency, no one will remember. No one will even know the name. But a large section of people who have benefited the Parliament with their good ideas in the House, would still be remembered and appreciated for it.”

Prime Minister Narendra Modi further said, “When the time of elections is near, the full budget is not kept, we will also follow the same tradition and will come with the full budget after the formation of the new government.

This time, the country’s Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman is going to present the budget in front of all of us tomorrow with guidelines. I am confident that the country is continuously moving forward, crossing new heights of progress.”

PM Modi said, “At the end of the first session held in this new Parliament building, this Parliament took a very dignified decision, which was the Nari Shakti Vandan Act.

After that, on January 26 also, we saw how the country experienced the strength and bravery of women power on the path of duty and today the budget session is starting, then the President Draupadi Murmu The guidance of and the interim budget by Nirmala Sitharaman tomorrow is, in a way, a festival of realization of women power.”
