A special Lok Adalat in Bengaluru, while hearing this complaint, has ordered to register an FIR against the Finance Minister and several other leaders.

Janadhikar Sangharsh Parishad (JSP) co-chairman Adarsh ​​Iyer had filed a complaint in the special court of public representatives in Bengaluru and sought directions to take action against Union Minister Nirmala Sitharaman.

He had complained that extortion was done through electoral bonds through intimidation. Hearing the petition, the court has ordered Tilak Nagar Police Station in Bengaluru to register an FIR in the case of extortion through electoral bonds.

The ACMM Court has issued an order and directed to send a copy of the complaint and records to the police station. Due to pending FIR, the hearing has been postponed till 10th.

The court has ordered Tilaknagar police to register an FIR. Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman along with BJP national president J.P. Nadda, BJP state president B.Y. Vijayendra, BJP leader Nalin Kumar Kateel, central and state BJP offices and E.D. A complaint has been lodged against the department.

The complaint said that from April 2019 to August 2022, around Rs 230 crore was recovered from businessman Anil Agarwal’s firm and Rs 49 crore from Aurobindo Pharmacy through electoral bonds.
