New Delhi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi left on Tuesday on a three-day visit to Brunei Darussalam and Singapore. The PM expressed his feelings on this visit. Said, in the next two days I will visit Brunei Darussalam and Singapore. During various programs in these countries, the focus will be on further strengthening India’s relations with these countries. I look forward to meeting His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah. In Singapore, I will interact with President Tharman Shanmugaratnam, Prime Minister Lawrence Wong, Senior Minister Lee Hsien Loong and ESM Goh Chok Tong. We look forward to further strengthening relations in key areas. PM Modi will leave for Singapore from Brunei on September 4. Upon reaching there, he will meet Singapore President Tharman Shanmugaratnam, Prime Minister Lawrence Wong, Senior Minister Lee Hsien Loong and Emeritus Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong. PM Modi will also meet big businessmen of Singapore. With whom he will discuss new and emerging areas of digitalization and sustainable development.

On this occasion, Prime Minister Modi is arriving to meet Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah of Brunei Darussalam. This will be PM Modi’s first bilateral visit to Brunei Darussalam.
