PM Shri Yojana to be launched in Chhattisgarh on 19th February… – NNSP

Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan will be the chief guest and Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai will preside over.

The event will be held in the capital’s Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Auditorium.

Pradhan Mantri School for Rising India PM Shri Yojana is going to be inaugurated in Chhattisgarh on 19th February.

Under the chief hospitality of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan and the chairmanship of Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai, the PM Shri Yojana will be launched on February 19 at 5.30 pm at the Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Auditorium located at the Science College Ground in the capital Raipur. The very special guest of the program will be School Education Minister Brijmohan Aggarwal.

It is noteworthy that under the National Education Policy 2020, 14500 government schools across the country are being upgraded to PM Shri Yojana by the Central Government.

Under this scheme, 211 schools of Chhattisgarh have been selected in the first phase. This includes 193 schools at the elementary level and 18 at the secondary level.

ICT will be provided to the students in these schools through digital class rooms. Students of these schools will be linked with vocational education and internship and entrepreneurship opportunities with local industries.

In this program organized by the Department of School Education and Literacy, Government of India, School Education Department, Government of Chhattisgarh and Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan and Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, Lok Sabha MP Sunil Soni, MLA Rajesh Munat, Purandar Mishra, Moti Lal Sahu, Anuj Sharma, Guru Khushwant Saheb, Inder Kumar Sahu and Mayor Raipur Ejaz Dhebar will attend as special guests.
