PML-N is the largest party, will form coalition government; Big announcement by former Pakistan PM Nawaz Sharif…

Counting of votes has been going on for the last 24 hours for the general election results in Pakistan.

Independent candidates supported by PTI, the party of jailed former Prime Minister Imran Khan, seem to be getting the lead. But no party has achieved majority yet.

Meanwhile, former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has claimed that PML-N has emerged as the largest party. In such a situation, he is going to form a coalition government with other parties.

Nawaz reached the PML-N Secretariat in Lahore on Friday night, after which he addressed party supporters.

PML-N supremo Nawaz Sharif said in his speech that I also love you. I can see the light and sparkle in your eyes today.

He claimed that we all are congratulating today because PML-N has emerged as the largest party in the country in these elections.

According to Pakistani media outlet The Dawn, Nawaz Sharif said, “PML-N is contacting PPP, MQM-P, JUI-F to form a coalition government.”

He has asked his younger brother Shehbaz to contact PPP’s Asif Ali Zardari, JUI-F’s Fazlur Rehman and MQM-P’s Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui to form a coalition government. He said, “Shahbaz Sharif and Ishaq Dar will hold a meeting today.”

‘We don’t want a fight’
In his speech, Nawaz Sharif further said that PML-N does not want war because Pakistan cannot afford it.

“Given the situation now, Pakistan needs at least 10 years of stability,” he stressed.

PML-N leader Nawaz Sharif said that to get Pakistan out of the current troubles, all political parties need to sit together and form the government.

He said, “We cannot hold elections again and again. We all sat together yesterday but did not address you because the results were not out.”

Nawaz said, “All the institutions of this country should together play a positive role in taking Pakistan out of this crisis.

It is not just his or Ishaq Dar’s responsibility.” Sharif said this is everyone’s Pakistan, not just PML-N’s. Everyone should sit together and get Pakistan out of its troubles.

Imran’s party raised questions on Nawaz Sharif’s claim
At the same time, PTI leader Shireen Mazari has raised questions on this claim of Nawaz Sharif. He wrote on social media platform X that Nawaz Sharif does not have the mandate to form the government, but is behaving as if he has won. This is shameless. Claiming that he did not get the mandate and then giving a speech glorifying this audacity. PTI has also alleged massive rigging in the entire election.

The party posted on ‘X’ that large-scale rigging has been exposed in Lahore’s NA-128. The returning officer met the losing candidate Aun Chaudhary, and with police assistance he transported the ballot boxes from the RO office in his car. After this, Form 47 was prepared using fake stamps and the numbers were tampered with. In this way the people’s mandate is being stolen.
