After a long struggle in Pakistan, Pakistan Muslim League-N leader Shahbaz Sharif has taken over the post of Prime Minister.
On Monday, President Arif Alvi administered the oath of office to Shahbaz Sharif in front of senior army and ISI officers.
As soon as she takes over as the 24th PM of Pakistan, Shahbaz Sharif has prepared for big action against Imran Khan. The entire fielding of this action has been done by Bilawal Bhutto.
Bilawal has demanded from Shehbaz to order a judicial inquiry into the incident that took place in May, which will be headed by the Chief Justice of Pakistan himself.
Earlier after the swearing in of newly elected Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, he was presented a guard of honor by the armed forces at the Prime Minister’s residence.
Let us tell you that on Sunday, 201 votes were cast in favor of Shahbaz Sharif in the Pakistan National Assembly for the voting for the post of PM, while his rival candidate Omar Ayub Khan got 92 votes.
Bilawal fielded against Imran
Pakistan Peoples Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has demanded Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif to form a judicial commission to investigate the incidents of May 9 so that the guilty can be punished and the innocent can be released.
Addressing the National Assembly, Bilawal Bhutto said that the government should request Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa to constitute a judicial commission under his leadership so that there can be milk of milk and water of water.
But you (Tehreek-e-Insaf) will have to give an assurance that you will accept the decision of the Judicial Commission.
Bilawal Bhutto said that the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has demanded an investigation into the incidents of May 9 and the People’s Party confirms this and demands a judicial commission. Bilawal further said that it cannot happen that someone attacks martyrs and their memorials and then runs away and the responsible parties in this case should be identified.
Which incident is Bilawal talking about?
Bilawal Bhutto was talking about the incident of arson and riots that took place in many cities including Allahabad on May 9. When Imran Khan was to be presented before the Allahabad High Court in the corruption case related to Al Qadir Trust.
But, even before he could be taken to court, the Army and Pak Rangers arrested Imran Khan. Due to this, Imran’s supporters went out of control and vandalized the entire city.
Imran Khan’s supporters demolished the PM’s residence as well as the Army Headquarters and the houses of many military officers. The vehicles were set on fire. The army then considered such an incident a military crime.
PTI took Bilawal to task
On the other hand, on Bilawal’s demand, PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar Ali Khan has strongly criticized Bilawal Bhutto. Ali Khan said that he buried his grandfather’s politics, adding Bhutto to the name does not make one a Bhutto.
PTI Chairman Barrister Gauhar Ali Khan says that the cipher is a hoax, the people who brought down the government as part of a conspiracy should be prosecuted and not Imran Khan.
He criticized the opposition and alleged that they share posts with each other and have nothing to do with democracy. These are selfish people, not democratic.
