100 bedded Central Yoga and Naturopathy Research Institute will be ready in 24 months
Super Specialty Hospital SIMS has been built at a cost of Rs 200 crore, the hospital has 240 beds.
Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai will be present in Bilaspur and Health Minister Shyam Bihari Jaiswal will be present in Raipur.
Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai is continuously working for the all-round development of Chhattisgarh.
Expansion of health facilities in the state is one of the topmost priorities of the Chief Minister. In the first digital budget of Chhattisgarh state, there was a big glimpse of the strengthening of the health systems of the state, which is taking the form of reality.
Health Minister Shyam Bihari Jaiswal is continuously making efforts at the central level for new experiments in the field of health and opening national level institutions.
In this sequence, on October 29, the super specialty hospital SIMS, built at a cost of Rs 200 crore, is going to be inaugurated in Bilaspur of the state. The country’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate this hospital through virtual medium.
Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai will also be present in this program. This hospital will be started in three phases. OPD will be started in the first phase, ward and ICCU in the second phase, dialysis unit and lab, cath lab, OT, heart and lung machines will be started in the third phase and the hospital will start fully functioning in the fourth phase.
With the opening of this super specialty hospital in Bilaspur, patients of Surguja and Bilaspur divisions will not need to come to Raipur and they will get better treatment facilities nearby.
Similarly, on October 29 itself, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will lay the foundation stone of the 100-bed Central Yoga and Naturopathy Research Institute (CRIYN) in Raipur through virtual medium.
Giving information about this, Health Minister Shyam Bihari Jaiswal has said that the construction of this institute will be completed in 24 months at a cost of Rs 90 crore. The state government has provided 10 acres of land to the AYUSH department for this institute.
This will be Chhattisgarh’s first Yoga and Naturopathy Research Center and Hospital which will provide treatment facilities for non-communicable diseases.
The center will also conduct training certification courses in wellness therapy and fellowship courses in research. The launch of this institute will lead to development of new knowledge and insights about the effects of Yoga and Naturopathy.
