Before Rahul Gandhi’s ‘Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra’, the Congress party has suffered a big setback.
Milind Deora has resigned from the party. After his resignation, BJP has taken a dig at the Congress party. The saffron party has said that Rahul Gandhi should do justice to his party leaders before taking out ‘Nyaya Yatra’.
BJP IT Cell’s Amit Malviya said in a post on social media, “Rahul Gandhi should first do justice to his party leaders. Justice march later.”
Let us tell you that before announcing his resignation, Deora said, “Today marks the end of an important chapter in my political journey. I have tendered my resignation from the primary membership of Congress. With this, my family’s 55-year-old relationship with the party has ended. I am grateful to all the leaders, colleagues and workers for their unwavering support over the years.”
At the same time, BJP national spokesperson Shehzad Poonawala reiterated Amit Malviya’s comment and said that Rahul Gandhi should give justice to those Congress leaders who are leaving the party one by one.
He said, “It would be better if Rahul Gandhi starts ‘Congress Leaders Nyay Yatra’ instead of ‘Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra’. There should be ‘Congress Jodo Yatra’ because from North to South and East to West, Congress leaders are fighting with each other and leaving the party. Congress has become a talent-free zone under the leadership of Rahul Gandhi.”
Milind Deora will join Shiv Sena led by Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde today.
He recently expressed his displeasure over Shiv Sena (UBT) publicly laying claim to the Mumbai South Lok Sabha constituency as an ally of the Congress-led India Alliance. Deora said that if such statements are not stopped by the alliance partner, his party may also announce candidates for the seats.
