It has been 11 days since Ramlala was seated in the Ram temple of Ayodhya.
25 lakh devotees have had darshan of Ramlala in 11 days. Apart from this, on an average one crore rupees is being offered to Ramlala every day.
The value of the offerings and donations received by Ram Lalla in these 11 days is Rs 11 crore. According to Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra, in the last 10 days, about Rs 8 crore has been deposited in the donation boxes and about Rs 3.50 crore has been received online.
Trust appointed employees to count donations
According to Trust office in-charge Prakash Gupta, four big size donation boxes have been kept near the Darshan Path in front of the sanctum sanctorum, in which devotees are donating.
Apart from this, people also donate at 10 computerized counters. Temple Trust employees have been appointed at these donation counters, who deposit the account of the donation amount received in the Trust office after the counter is closed in the evening.
A team of 14 employees, including 11 bank employees and three temple trust employees, are counting the offerings in four donation boxes.
Gupta said that everything from collecting donations to counting them is done under the surveillance of CCTV cameras.
The number of devotees is continuously increasing
Cold weather continues in Uttar Pradesh. However, there has been no decrease in the number of devotees.
According to the forecast of the Meteorological Department, large areas of Uttar Pradesh will remain covered with dense fog till next Wednesday. Due to western disturbance, there is also a possibility of rain in the state from January 31 to February 2.
According to the new time of the temple administration, the adornment aarti of the idol of Ramlala will start at 4.30 am. Tuesday prayers were offered at 6.30 in the morning.
After this, the temple is opened for devotees to visit from 7 am. Irrespective of the bone-chilling cold and fog, pilgrims are seen queuing up since morning to have the darshan of Ramlala.
