Hardoi. In Shahabad, the bank siren suddenly started ringing at 1 am. As soon as the siren rang, there was a stir in the local police station. After the emergency siren rang, the entire police force of the police station rushed towards the bank. The bank cashier was called and the investigation continued for hours, but when nothing was found, the police along with the bank employees heaved a sigh of relief. After this, it was found out that the rats had cut the wire of the siren. Late on Wednesday night, around 1 am, the emergency alarm of the bank suddenly started ringing, which created a stir in the area. People of the locality came out of their houses. On receiving the information of the incident, the police also rushed. The entire force of Shahabad police station was standing outside the bank looking for the suspect. After a lot of searching, the police could not find anything. After this, the cashier of the bank was summoned at night itself and the bank was opened at night. An intensive checking campaign was carried out in the bank, but nothing objectionable or suspicious was found. After this, the police heaved a sigh of relief. However, during the investigation it definitely came to light that this alarm sounding incident was caused by the mischief of big fat rats and everyone was stunned.
