The country’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi today joined Chhattisgarh and Kabirdham district virtually in the Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra organized by the Government of India.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of 10 projects worth Rs 34,427 crore by pressing a button. A short film on development was also screened in Chhattisgarh under the schemes of the Central Government. Based on the theme of Developed India, Developed Chhattisgarh, Developed India Sankalp Yatra was organized at the Indoor Stadium located at PG College Ground, Kawardha.
Developed India, Developed Chhattisgarh Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai and Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sharma joined this program through virtual medium. In this program organized at the Indoor Stadium, senior people of Baiga community, a special backward tribe residing in Kabirdham district, were invited.
Moti Baiga of Baiga community including District Panchayat President Mrs. Sushila Ramkumar Bhatt, Kawardha District President Mrs. Indrani Dinesh Chandravanshi, former MLA and Parliamentary Secretary Motiram Chandravanshi, former Municipality President Anil Thakur, Kailash Chandravanshi, Jaswinder Bagga, Gopal Sahu, Nitesh Aggarwal, Chandraprakash. Chandravanshi along with Collector Janmejay Mahobe, Superintendent of Police Dr. Abhishek Pallav, DFO Chudamani Singh, District Panchayat CEO Sandeep Kumar Aggarwal and other distinguished guests inaugurated the Developed India, Developed Chhattisgarh by lighting the lamp. In the program, the chief guests distributed the new ration cards circulated by the state government to the beneficiaries.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed this program virtually. While giving Jai Johar, he said that I congratulate all of you, my family members from every corner of the state. It is the result of the blessings you all gave us that today we have come among you with the resolve of a developed Chhattisgarh.
Developed Chhattisgarh will be created by empowerment of poor, farmers, youth and women power. It will be built with modern infrastructure. Therefore, today the foundation stone of projects worth about Rs 35 thousand crores related to the development of Chhattisgarh has been laid and inaugurated.

These include many projects related to coal, solar energy and connectivity. This will create new employment opportunities for the youth of Chhattisgarh. Congratulations to the brothers and sisters of Chhattisgarh for these schemes.
Prime Minister Modi said that the way the double engine government is fulfilling its guarantees in Chhattisgarh is very praiseworthy. Two years’ outstanding bonus has been given to lakhs of farmers of Chhattisgarh. I had given a guarantee to increase the money of tendu leaf collectors. The double engine government has fulfilled this guarantee. The houses of the poor were not being built earlier. Now our government is working rapidly to build houses for the poor.
The government is working rapidly towards completing the Har Ghar Jal Yojana. An inquiry has been ordered into the irregularities in the PSC exam. I congratulate the sisters of Chhattisgarh for the Mahtari Vandan Yojana, which will benefit lakhs of women.
We demonstrate by doing what we say. Modi’s guarantee means guarantee of fulfillment of the guarantee. Chhattisgarh has hardworking farmers, talented youth and a wealth of nature. Whatever is needed to develop, Chhattisgarh already had it. Today also. You all are Modi’s family. Your dreams are Modi’s resolve. Today I am talking about developed India, developed Chhattisgarh.
While addressing, Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai said that you are gifting 10 projects worth Rs 34 thousand 427 crore to Chhattisgarh. On behalf of the people of Chhattisgarh, I express my gratitude to you. Your affection and grace are always upon us.
The people of Chhattisgarh trusted your guarantee. We have moved forward to complete all your guarantee work. More than 18 lakh houses have been approved. Two years bonus amount of Rs 3716 crore has been given to the farmers. Also, there was a promise to pay the price of paddy at Rs 3100, which was fulfilled.
While addressing through virtual medium, Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sharma said that under the leadership of the country’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai, our Chhattisgarh state is moving rapidly towards a developed state. Deputy Chief Minister Sharma said that as soon as our government is formed in the state, all the guarantees of Modi are being fulfilled in Chhattisgarh under the leadership of Chief Minister Saiji.
In the first meeting of the cabinet, approval was given to provide free housing to 18 lakh houseless, poor families included in Modi’s guarantee. After this, the outstanding paddy bonus of Rs 3716 crore was transferred to the accounts of 13 lakh farmers of the state. Paddy was procured with the arrangement of purchasing 21 quintals of paddy per acre from the farmers. Farmers were paid support price of paddy.
The difference amount of Rs 3100 per quintal will be given to the farmers in lump sum. The provision of giving Rs 10,000 every year to landless agricultural laborers of the state through Deen Dayal Upadhyay Agricultural Laborers Welfare Scheme will also be completed quickly. Mahtari Vandan Yojana, included in Modi’s guarantee, has been started and till now applications have been received from 75 lakh women of the state.
Soon, under this scheme, eligible married women will be given twelve thousand rupees annually. He said that Chhattisgarh is moving towards women empowerment. Mahtari Sadan will be constructed in every gram panchayat of the state.
Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sharma welcomed and congratulated all the guests participating in the Developed India, Developed Chhattisgarh program while giving detailed information about all the achievements of the Central Government and the State Government and the public welfare schemes to be implemented in the future.
