Ukraine has once again attacked Russian cities.
According to Russian officials, drone attacks were carried out from Ukraine on Saturday night. At least 26 drones were fired in Moscow, which were destroyed in the air.
During this time, sirens kept ringing throughout the night. Russian officials called the Ukrainian attacks an American conspiracy. Russia alleged that Ukraine was carrying out air attacks on Russia with the military assistance of America and other Western countries.
Ukraine launched drone strikes on multiple targets in Moscow and across Russia overnight Saturday, Russian regional authorities said.
Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said in a post on the Telegram messaging app that several drones were destroyed in the vicinity of Moscow.

About 26 drones launched by Ukraine in the border region of Bryansk in Russia’s southwest were destroyed, the region’s governor Alexander Bogomaz said.
More than 10 drones were destroyed in the Voronezh region and several drones were shot down in the Kursk, Lipetsk, Ryazan and Tula regions. According to the information, there were no injuries or damage as a result of the attacks. There was no immediate comment from Ukraine regarding this attack.
Increase in attacks on Ukraine in Russia
Ukraine has intensified its counter-attack on Russia over the past few weeks. The Ukrainian army has occupied the Russian city of Kursk since August 5 and the Russian army is struggling to liberate the city.
As Ukraine’s domestic drone industry grows rapidly, Kiev has stepped up attacks on Russia, which has been attacking Russia’s energy, military and transport infrastructure.
