Three coaches of Secunderabad Shalimar Superfast Express derailed near Nalpur station of South Eastern Railway division in West Bengal. According to CPRO South-Eastern Railway, a total of 3 coaches including a parcel van of 22850 Secunderabad Shalimar Express derailed. There is no news of any casualty yet. Relief and rescue operations are underway.
South-Eastern Railway CPRO Om Prakash Charan said that today at 5:31 am, the Secunderabad Shalimar Weekly Express train derailed while going from the middle line to the down line. A parcel van and two passenger coaches have derailed. There is no news of any major injury or casualty. 10 buses have been arranged for the passengers for onward journey.
