Bageshwar Dham’s Peethadhishwar Pandit Dhirendra Krishna Shastri released his book ‘Sanatan Dharma Kya Hai’ on Saturday.
The event was organized at the Constitution Club of India, New Delhi. On this occasion, Dhirendra Shastri gave a big statement regarding the court’s decision on Gyanvapi Mosque.
He said that it is certain that Shankar ji has to leave. He said, ‘The first thing is that Lord Nandi has set out in Gyanvapi. Secondly, questioning the intentions of the court would mean that you are putting it in the dock. This means that you do not even trust yourself. The justice system does not run under any party, it is independent.
Dhirendra Shastri said, ‘The third thing is that the court order regarding Gyanvapi is very simple. The ban imposed on the puja performed by the Vyas family in the basement has now been removed.
The decision on Gyanvapi has not come yet. Shankar ji is going to leave, it is certain. Talking about Sanatan, he said that we came to know that some people discussing Sanatan Dharma in the country do not have correct information.
Those people are only being called Sanatan-Sanatan. What are the parts of Sanatan? What are the characteristics of Sanatan? What is the principle of Sanatan and who is called Sanatan? Such people do not have correct information about it.
Dhirendra Shastri asked questions regarding Sanatan Dharma
Mahant of Bageshwar Dham said that we are comparing Sanatan with other religions, how appropriate and how inappropriate? He asked the question, ‘What is the origin of Sanatan? What is the purpose of Sanatan and what are the qualities of Sanatan?
There is sweetness, but what are the qualities of sweetness? What are the 5 characteristics of being Sanatani? Detailed information about this has been given in this book.
He said that if violence towards one’s life is religion, then non-violence is Sanatan Dharma. Shastri told that he has written this book in the last 6 months in the southern state in five days with the inspiration received from Lord Hanuman.
