A former YouTuber who once gave parenting advice on YouTube has been found guilty of exploiting her own children.
Not only this, the court has also sentenced Ruby Frank to 60 years in jail on Tuesday. It is reported that he had confessed to his crimes in December last year itself.
It is being said that she kept her children hungry and thirsty for a long time. His business partner Jody Hildebrandt has also been sentenced to the same sentence.
Frank is the mother of 6 children. Judge Richard Christopherson sentenced him to four consecutive sentences ranging from 1 to 15 years.
Actually, this case is related to the exploitation of Frank’s two children, whose age is 9 and 11 years. Children were reportedly not given food. Also they were kept isolated.
The prosecution has compared the living conditions of the child victims to a concentration camp. Besides, Frank has also been described as a big threat to the society.
Prosecutor Eric Clark said: ‘The children were routinely deprived of food, water, bedding and any form of entertainment.’ During the hearing, Frank started crying and even apologized to the children.
