New Delhi. Snowfall will start in Jammu-Kashmir and Ladakh, the effect of which is visible in many plain areas including Rajasthan. The night temperature in the hill station Mount Abu has reached 10 degrees Celsius, while there is light fog in areas like Ganganagar and Hanumangarh, due to which the day has become cooler. Hanumangarh and Ganganagar recorded maximum temperatures of 26.8 and 26.5 degrees Celsius respectively and fog is likely to prevail in these areas. According to weather experts, Western Disturbance is active in North India, which has caused snowfall and rain in Jammu-Kashmir and Ladakh. Due to this effect, the temperature in Rajasthan is expected to drop further from November 17. In the last 24 hours in Rajasthan, the maximum temperature of 35.2 degrees Celsius was recorded in Barmer, while in other cities like Phalodi, Bikaner, Churu, Jalore, Jaipur and Ajmer, the day temperature also dropped by 1 to 5 degrees Celsius. Due to increasing cold at night, the minimum temperature of seven cities has fallen below 15 degrees. The coldest was Mount Abu, where the minimum temperature was recorded at 10.4 degrees Celsius. Bhiwadi is in the worst condition in terms of Air Quality Index (AQI) in Rajasthan, where AQI was recorded at 310. The pollution situation in Bikaner is also serious. Many areas of Jaipur like Adarsh ​​Nagar, Mansarovar, MI Road, Sitapura and Muralipura also recorded high levels of AQI, which can be harmful to health.
