A major accident took place on the national highway in Kundapur, Karnataka. Here the driver was reversing his Toyota Innova. A video showed that the reverse parking lights were on and the car was at a sharp corner on the left side of the road. Suddenly a speeding truck hit the car. Ten people were injured in the accident.

There were seven people in the car, including the driver, who were returning to Kerala after visiting Kollur Devi Temple in Udupi. The driver reversed the car in front of Kumbhashi Chandika Durgaparmeshwari temple in Kundapur. The car had come back a little when a speeding lorry carrying fish hit the SUV.
The car overturned and fell into the bushes
The truck dragged the car for several meters until it stopped in front of a board, causing the car to slide into the bushes before overturning. Ten people were injured in this incident and two have serious injuries and their condition is said to be critical. Seven people in the car were from Kerala. The identity of the people in the truck is unknown. Police have registered a case of the incident.
