LONDON (AP) — Britain’s Princess of Wales Kate Middleton has completed chemotherapy and plans to maintain a light schedule for public appearances for the rest of this year. “Staying cancer-free is my first priority now,” Princess Kate Middleton said in a video message, nearly six months after she was diagnosed with cancer, sparking widespread speculation about her health.
He said that the last nine months have been extremely difficult for our family. The cancer journey is complex, scary and unpredictable, especially for those closest to you. In a humbling manner, it makes you face your own vulnerabilities in a way you never thought possible before, and with it comes a new perspective on every aspect of life.
Princess Kate was last seen in July at the Wimbledon men’s final at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club in London. In this video, Kate thanked all those who supported her and her family and said that although I have completed chemotherapy, I have had a long journey to full recovery. I look forward to returning to work and attending some more public events in the coming months whenever possible. Kate, wife of Prince William and heir to the throne, also said that she has entered a new stage of her recovery with renewed hope and appreciation for life.
