Suicide attack on Quetta railway station of Pakistan – NNSP

New Delhi. There has been a massive explosion inside the railway station in Quetta, Pakistan, in which 25 people have died while more than 50 people are said to be injured. 14 soldiers were also among the dead. The accident occurred just before the express reached the platform. A senior police officer of Quetta said that the train was to leave for Peshawar at 9 o’clock. The passengers were waiting for the train at the time of the accident. He said that there were about 100 people on the platform at the time of the blast.
Baloch Liberation Army has taken responsibility for this blast. Baloch Liberation Army spokesperson said that we take responsibility for the suicide attack on Pakistani army at Quetta railway station. On Saturday morning, a suicide attack was carried out on a Pakistani Army unit at Quetta railway station while they were returning by Jafar Express after completing a course from the Infantry School. This attack was carried out by BLA’s suicide unit Majeed Brigade. Earlier, SSP Mohammad Baloch had said that this incident looks like a suicide blast, but it is too early to say anything. Investigation is underway to determine the nature of the explosion. Earlier, Edhi Rescue Service chief Zeeshan said the blast occurred on a platform inside the railway station.
