Surrounded from three sides, Zelensky was being betrayed by his own people, why did more than one lakh soldiers leave the battlefield?…

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is facing tension on many fronts simultaneously.

They are getting shock after shock. On one hand, Russia is rapidly firing missiles at Ukrainian targets, while on the other hand, there is a threat of cut in financial and military aid after Donald Trump takes power next month.

Meanwhile, soldiers from the battlefield are also giving a blow to Zelensky. One report states that more than 60,000 Ukrainian troops have left Madame-et-Jung. This number is almost double the number of soldiers leaving the battlefield last year i.e. in 2022 and 2023.

The Financial Times report says that between January and October this year, more Ukrainian soldiers have fled the battlefield than in the previous two years of the war against Russia.

Let us tell you that the war between Russia and Ukraine is going on since February 2022, three years of which are about to be completed. The Associated Press, quoting the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine, has said in a report that in these three years, more than one lakh soldiers have been accused of leaving the battlefield due to fear of Russian attacks.

In fact, throughout this year i.e. 2024, Russia has carried out continuous attacks in many areas of Eastern Ukraine and strengthened its reach.

Apart from eastern Donetsk, Russian troops have also captured other areas. Now Russia is claiming to capture a major settlement like Agadivka, which is strategically important for Ukraine. Apart from this, Russia is now eyeing the strategically important Dnepropetrovsk, which is near the Donetsk border.

However, Russia is also facing a shortage on the troop front. He also had to bring mercenaries from North Korea.

There is also a huge shortage of soldiers in Ukraine. This can be gauged from the fact that in the recruitments held by Ukraine in April, the age limit was reduced from 27 to 25 years. Now Washington has advised Ukraine to lower the minimum age limit for recruitment to below 18 to meet its declining troop numbers.

Meanwhile, the AP report quoted a senior military officer of Ukraine’s 72nd Brigade as saying that a large number of soldiers have left the battlefield after Russia’s fierce attack on Ukraine’s fortress city of Vuhladar and the city being reduced to ruins. Have left and migrated.

However, the officer did not want to put any blame on the soldiers who had fled and said that we have made maximum use of them so far.
