Terrorism flourishing on American soil; NIA showed evidence of Khalistani attack on Indian Embassy to FBI Chief…

Christopher Ray, Director of the American agency Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), who is visiting India, has assured that he is thoroughly investigating the attack on the Indian Embassy in San Francisco, USA.

Christopher Ray also met NIA Chief Dinkar Gupta in this matter. NIA has given some evidence of the attack to the FBI Chief.

Also expressed confidence that America will soon reveal the matter. This meeting of the heads of investigative agencies of both the countries has taken place when India has been accused of being behind the failed conspiracy to murder Sikh separatist Gupatwant Singh Pannu on American soil.

FBI Director Christopher Wray has assured India that the US is “aggressively” investigating the attack on the Indian Consulate in San Francisco and “credible” leads will be shared soon, sources have said.

Ray said these things while meeting National Investigation Agency Director Dinkar Gupta on Tuesday, the second day of his visit.

Let us tell you that in March this year, a group of Khalistan supporters attacked the Indian Consulate in San Francisco and damaged it.

Attacks occurred again in July. The NIA team had visited San Francisco in August and returned with some clues. This meeting between the FBI and NI chiefs is also considered important because before Christopher’s visit to India, America had accused India of conspiring to kill Khalistani terrorist Pannu.

The press report released by the US Defense Ministry claimed that the killer who was given the contract to kill Pannu with the involvement of an Indian officer was an informant of the US Police Department, who shared this complete information.

According to sources, in the meeting India emphasized how freedom of expression is being misused in America.

“The NIA chief highlighted how there is a nexus between terrorist organizations and terrorist elements with members of organized criminal syndicates spreading in the US,” a senior official said.

“Several pending extraditions, including that of 26/11 Mumbai terror attack mastermind Tahawwur Rana, were also discussed,” another senior official said.

Pakistani-origin Canadian businessman Rana has been declared wanted by Indian authorities for his alleged involvement in the 2008 Mumbai terror attacks. He is currently in America.
