BJP MP from Uttara Kannada, Karnataka, Ananth Kumar Hegde has created another controversy. He has said that Bhatkal Masjid was earlier a Hindu temple.
Just like Babri Masjid was demolished, Bhatkal Masjid will also meet the same fate. The former Union minister and BJP MP said, “Just like the Babri Masjid was demolished, the Bhatkal mosque will also be demolished in the same way.”
Addressing a meeting of BJP workers in Kumta, MP Ananth Kumar Hegde said, Bhatkal’s Golden Village Mosque was a Hindu temple.
There is a big mosque in CP Bazaar of Shirsi which is Vijaya Vitthal Temple. Even today you can see the idol of Maruti in the largest mosque of Srirangapatna.
Unholy symbols are present in every corner of the country, in every corner of the village. Hindu society will not rest until it is uprooted. We have nothing to worry about, let the newspaper write directly, some people find it a threat, we are doing this as a guarantee.
The BJP MP further said that this is the decision of Hindu society, not the decision of Ananth Kumar Hegde. It’s changed, changed, changed.
Hindu society says that if revenge for thousands of years is not taken then it is not Hindu blood. We pay the debt.
He said that we have a debt of a thousand years and if we sit idly by without repaying it, then there is no Hindu blood in it.
He said, “The first beginning has been made from Ramjanmabhoomi. They divided the entire Hindu society in the name of caste, region and language. People like Murkharamaiah (Siddaramaiah) are still raging. Yet today Hindu society stands together, the next century should see a new victory.”
BJP MP and former Union Minister Ananth Kumar Hegde also said that former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi and Congress leader Sanjay Gandhi were cursed for cow slaughter.
He said that Indira Gandhi was shot dead on the day of Gopashtami. This was the result of a curse. When Indira Gandhi was the Prime Minister, there was a big movement regarding the ban on cow slaughter.
Dozens of saints died in the movement and many saints were murdered and cows were slaughtered in the presence of Indira Gandhi, hundreds of cows were shot dead.
The great ascetic Karpatri Maharaj had cursed Indira Gandhi. He said, “He cursed that your dynasty will be destroyed on the day of Gopashtami itself. Sanjay Gandhi died in a plane crash on Gopashtami day and Indira Gandhi was shot dead on Gopashtami day.”
