The purpose behind the murder of Baba Siddiqui is to spread terror in Bollywood and impose goonda tax – “Accused Shiv Kumar”

Baba Siddiqui Murder Case: Shiv Kumar, who was less than 25 years of age, wandered around the spot for one and a half hours after shooting Baba Siddiqui in a crowded area, while his two companions were caught on the spot. After the incident, Shiv Kumar had thrown away the pistol and changed his t-shirt. Of the six bullets that were fired at Siddiqui, three of them were his and all three were fired by Shiv Kumar. Shiv Kumar has told these things during the interrogation of STF and Mumbai Special Crime Branch. Mumbai Police has taken the five accused arrested on Sunday, including Shiv Kumar, to Mumbai on transit remand.

On Snap Chat, Lawrence’s brother Anmol Bishnoi, while plotting the Baba Siddiqui murder case, had told Shiv Kumar that if Baba Siddiqui was not found then to blow up his son Zeeshan Siddiqui. The biggest motive behind carrying out this massacre was to collect goonda tax on a large scale by spreading terror in Bollywood and Mumbai.

The first installment of betel nut will be in Mahakal temple and the second in Vaishno Devi.
It was decided that the first installment of payment of betel nut amount was to be given at Mahakal Temple in Ujjain, the second installment was to be paid at Vaishno Devi. These people were not told who would be found there. It was only said that if you reach there and inform, the person present there will contact you himself, but after the incident, the whole plan failed due to the arrest of Dharamraj and Gurmel. Before the murder, Shiv Kumar and others had received Rs 15 to 20 thousand. During the absconding, expenses were incurred with this amount. The shooters were instructed to contact only on Instagram after the massacre. During his absconding, Shiv Kumar contacted his handlers and other gang members only through Instagram.

Arrangements to stay in Gaushala in Shamsherganj, Nepal
To stop Shiv Kumar’s escape, arrangements were made to stay in a cow shelter located in Shamsherganj, Nepal. According to the information, Shiv Kumar’s maternal grandfather had made this arrangement through one of his close contacts. STF and police have not found any criminal case against Shiv Kumar. Apart from Bahraich, information is being sought about his criminal history in Mumbai and Pune.

Case registered against four accused under POCSO Act
His four associates Anurag Kashyap, Gyan Prakash Tripathi, Akash Srivastava and Akhilendra Pratap Singh, who were arrested by the STF along with Shiv Kumar, were arrested on charges of molesting a teenage girl on the day of Moharram in July 2024. A case was registered under the POCSO Act on behalf of the girl’s mother. Later all four came out on bail.
