Bangalore. In Bengaluru, the body of a 29-year-old woman cut into 30 pieces was found lying in the fridge. This woman is said to be originally from Bihar. Neighbors complained about foul smell coming from the apartment. After which the police reached the spot and investigated, this matter came to light. The girl has been identified as Mahalakshmi. This woman, originally from Bihar, had shifted about 4-5 months ago. Mahalakshmi’s husband is originally from Nepal. He works in an ashram. Both lived separately due to mutual quarrels. Police said that the reason for the murder has not been known yet. But, the police suspect that this murder must have happened about a week ago. Investigation of the case has been started. ACP (West Zone) N Satish Kumar said, ‘The body of a woman was found cut into pieces and kept in the fridge in a house in Vyalikaval police station area. It seems that it was done 4-5 days ago.’ He further said that dog squad and forensic experts also visited the spot and started their investigation. Giving information about the case, Kumar told the media, ‘The body has been identified. The investigation is on. We will give more information after the investigation. She lived in Karnataka, but originally belongs to another state.’ Mahalakshmi lived in Malleswaram and worked in a nearby textile factory, but she had not gone to work for the last two weeks.
