A grand temple like the Ram temple of Ayodhya is being built in the Islamic country United Arab Emirates (UAE).

This temple will be inaugurated on 14 February next year. PM Modi was also invited to attend the inauguration ceremony of this temple, which the PM has accepted.

This is going to be the largest temple ever built in Abu Dhabi, the capital of UAE. It has been built in 55 thousand square meters.

Artists have been called from India to build this grand temple. The construction of this temple will bring the friendship and harmony between UAE and India to a new height.

There was a lot of discussion about this temple since PM Modi visited UAE in 2015.

PM Modi had laid the foundation stone
In connection with this, PM Modi on Thursday accepted the invitation of Bochasanwasi Akshar Purushottam Swaminarayan Sansthan (BAPS) to attend the inauguration ceremony of the temple. The special thing about the temple is that like the grand Ram temple of Ayodhya, the foundation stone of this temple was also laid by Prime Minister Modi.

This will be the grandest and first temple to be built in any Muslim country on the initiative of Prime Minister Modi. In this regard, Prime Minister Modi said that this temple to be built in Abu Dhabi will introduce the spiritual power of India to the whole world and will spread the Indian principle of world brotherhood to the people.

The public will be allowed to enter this grand temple being built in Abu Dhabi from February 18. Officials said that the construction of the temple is in the final stages.

The temple complex has a visitor centre, prayer hall, exhibitions, study and play areas, parking, gardens, a food court. There will be a bookstore and gift shops.

This temple is constructed of pink sandstone, which will not get damaged in more than a thousand years. White marble has also been used in this temple.

All religions will be allowed to enter the temple. The temple complex can accommodate 8,000 to 10,000 people.

Visitors to the complex will see two grand fountains, which are said to be symbols of India’s Ganga and Yamuna rivers. A cost of Rs 700 crore has been spent in the construction of this temple.
