Ukraine’s revenge, bakery blown up with weapon given by America; 28 dead bodies were scattered…

At least 28 people were killed in a Ukrainian attack on a bakery in the Russian-controlled city of Lisichansk.

Russian officials gave this information. Local leader Leonid Pesnik said in a statement on Telegram that a child was among those killed in Saturday’s attack.

He said that emergency services personnel have pulled out 10 people from inside the debris. At the same time, Ukrainian officials in Kiev have not reacted to this incident.

Dozens of people were present in the bakery
Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said on Sunday that Ukraine attacked the building using a US-supplied High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS).

Dozens of civilians were present in the building when the attack took place. The Emergency Ministry released a video late Saturday night.

In the video, bodies can be seen being found from the ruins of a single-storey building and bloodied people being taken away on stretchers.

According to Al Jazeera, there was a bakery named Adriatik in a one-storey building, in which people were enjoying food and drinks during the weekend.

The local people like the food of this bakery very much, hence there is a huge crowd here. Ukraine has not officially commented on the incident.

Russia captures city in 2022 war
Even after almost two years of the war between Russia and Ukraine, the situation on both sides remains dire. Russia is adamant that it will obey only after destroying Ukraine, while Zelensky is adamant that he will not kneel before Russia.

Both sides have launched deadly attacks during the winter. Before the Russian invasion Lisichansk had a population of about 110,000. The city came under the control of Russian forces in 2022 after a deadly war.
