AIMIM Chief Asaduddin Owaisi reached the house of mafia don Mukhtar Ansari in Ghazipur.
Here he met the family. He also said that he stands with Ansari’s family in their hour of grief. Ansari died of a heart attack while in jail.
More than 60 criminal cases were registered against him. The family has alleged that Ansari was being given slow poison.
Owaisi has also released a video of his meeting with Ansari’s family and supporters through the official ‘X’ handle. He wrote, ‘Today I went to the house of late Mukhtar Ansari in Ghazipur and gave my condolences to his family. In this difficult time, we stand with his family, supporters and loved ones. Insha Allah, light will come after tearing the heart of these darkness, you are ‘Pharaoh’ so ‘Moses’ will also definitely come.
The special thing is that Owaisi has also raised questions on Ansari’s death. He had demanded an investigation into this matter. AIMIM Chief had said, ‘The family of late Mukhtar Ansari says that Mukhtar Ansari has been poisoned due to which he died. Mukhtar Ansari died in judicial custody, there should be a proper and independent investigation.
Ansari was buried in Ghazipur’s Kalibagh cemetery on Saturday. After postmortem, Ansari’s body was brought to his Ghazipur residence on Friday.
The report said that his death was due to cardiac. He died on Thursday in a hospital in Banda, Uttar Pradesh. Apart from Owaisi, many opposition parties including Samajwadi Party had also raised questions on Ansari’s death.
