Ramlala’s life has been consecrated in the Ram temple of Ayodhya.
The temple has also been opened for Ram devotees. PM Modi himself was present at the consecration ceremony held on Monday and offered prayers.
The idol of Ramlala installed in the sanctum sanctorum of Ram temple has been made by Yogiraj.
The idol of old Ramlala has also been installed in front of the new idol, so that the devotees of Ram can have darshan of both together. Arun Yogiraj, who created the new Ramlala idol, is from Karnataka and is a fifth generation sculptor.
He told that when he used to make the idol of Ramlala, a monkey used to come there every day. On this, when Arun Yogiraj was told that perhaps Hanuman ji would have come to see the idol, he replied yes.
Talking to ‘Aaj Tak’, Arun Yogiraj said that it took him seven months to make the idol. Describing himself as very fortunate, he said that God had told him to come and do his work.
Ram Mandir Trust had told Yogiraj four things to make the idol of Ramlala. Smiling face, appearance like that of a five year old child, face like a prince and divine vision.
Arun Yogiraj says that when he used to make the idol of Ramlala, a monkey used to come every day around 5 pm.
At the same time, when the cold started increasing, they covered that place with a curtain, but even after this the monkey did not stop coming there. After this he would come out and start knocking to come inside.
On this, when Yogiraj was asked that perhaps Hanumanji might be seeing how Lord Ram is taking shape, then Arun Yogiraj replied in the affirmative.
Arun had also given information about this monkey to Champat Rai of Ram Mandir Trust.
Arun said that I can make ten eyes of any idol in a different way. When I made the eyes, I asked my friends how they were made, on which they praised me.
‘Hanumanji has come to see Ramlala’
At the same time, after the consecration of Ram Lalla, Ram Mandir Trust had informed through a post that a monkey entered the sanctum sanctorum and reached the idol of Ram Lalla.
All the security personnel posted there were also surprised by this. He said that it is as if Hanumanji himself has come to see Ramlala. The trust had posted on Twitter, “At around 5:50 pm, a monkey entered the sanctum sanctorum through the Gudh Mandap through the southern gate and reached near the Utsav idol. The security personnel posted outside saw this and ran towards the monkey thinking that the monkey might drop the Utsav idol on the ground. But as soon as the policemen ran towards the monkey, the monkey ran calmly towards the northern gate. Since the gate was closed, he moved towards the east and passed through the crowd of visitors and went out through the eastern gate without causing any trouble to anyone. The security personnel say that for us it is as if Hanumanji himself has come to see Ramlala.”
