Ram temple is to be inaugurated in Ayodhya on 22 January.

On this day, Ramlala’s life will be consecrated in the temple. Yogi Adityanath government of UP has made complete preparations for this. Programs before consecration have also started in the temple from January 16.

Chief priest of the temple, Pandit Laxmikant Dixit said that the chief host on the day of consecration will be Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Earlier, the main host Dr. Anil Mishra and his wife Usha Mishra have been selected for the pre-consecration rituals. Anil Mishra played an active role in the Ram Mandir movement.

The pre-consecration rituals at the Ayodhya Ram temple have started on Tuesday, January 16. This ritual has started a week before the grand event.

Pandit Laxmikant is the head priest of the Dixit ritual. Dixit said that PM Modi will be the chief host of the Pratistha Diwas rituals. Yajman in Sanskrit means a person or patron who performs rituals or yagya.

Who is Anil Mishra?
Anil Mishra is a member of the Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust formed by the government. Dr. Mishra, a resident of Ayodhya, has been running his homeopathic clinic in the city for the last four decades.

He was born in Ambedkar Nagar district of UP. A few years ago he retired from the official position of Registrar of Uttar Pradesh Homeopathic Board and District Homeopathic Officer of Gonda. As an active member of the RSS, he opposed the Emergency.

In 1981, he received the degree of Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery. Anil Mishra has an old connection with RSS. He actively participated in the Ram Mandir movement.

Role of the main host in the ritual
On Tuesday, as the pre-consecration rituals began, Dr. Mishra, being the chief host, took a dip in the Saryu river and then took Panchgavya (cow milk, curd, ghee, cow dung, cow urine) before starting the fast. .

Then he did Praschita, Sankalp and Karmakuti puja. After this he and his wife performed Havan.

On Wednesday, Dr Mishra and his wife performed Kalash puja, after which the pots were filled with water from the Saryu river and taken to the spot where the rituals are being performed.

On the second day, a tour of the temple complex of the idol of Lord Ramlala was taken. On the second day of the rituals before consecration, Jal Yatra, Tirtha Puja, Brahmin-Batuk-Kumari-Suvasini Puja, Vardhini Puja, Kalshayatra and tour of the idol were scheduled in the temple.

Let us tell you that a total of 121 priests are performing the rituals in the temple and Vedic scholar Ganeshwar Shastri Dravid is supervising the entire proceedings.
