According to the information, this person named Satendra Siwal was handing over sensitive information related to the country to ISI for money.

Satendra Siwal is the son of Jaiveer Singh, resident of Shamsuddinpur village of Hapur district of UP. Satendra is posted in the Indian Embassy in Moscow since 2021.
Siwal was working here as a multi-tasking staff and his position in the embassy was that of Security Assistant. ATS investigated the case through electronic and physical surveillance.
In this investigation he found that Satendra Siwal was involved in anti-India activities with a network of ISI operatives.
It was also revealed that the Defense Ministry was providing vital classified information to the Ministry of External Affairs and strategic activities of Indian military establishments.
