The accused Seth, accused in the murder of his four-year old innocent child, has not yet revealed himself to the police.
This has increased the headache of Goa Police. The first six days of remand were completed and now within five days the police have to reveal the entire truth of the information.
New revelations are being made in this case every day, but there are still many questions before the police which remain the same. The vicious manner in which the information has suppressed the entire incident of the son’s murder has surprised even the police.
The seemingly trivial informant has not yet confessed to the murder before the police.
During interrogation, the informant neither panicked nor did he give any such indication which would deepen suspicion on him. During interrogation, Soochna has said many such things which can save him from this serious crime and the police is afraid of this very thing.
The new information received by the police about Suchana Seth, the CEO of a Bengaluru company and accused of murdering her four-year-old son in a service apartment in Goa, is shocking.
Even though Soochna had booked the hotel for 10 days, she checked out of the hotel in just five days.
According to police sources, Soochana Seth had spent five days in a service apartment in South Goa from December 31 to January 4.
Spent 22 hours with son’s dead body
Information has been gathered that she left for Bengaluru on January 4 and returned to Goa on the evening of January 6. The same day, at around 11:30 pm, she checked in to Sol Banyan Grande Service Apartment.
The postmortem report of the body revealed that death had occurred about 36 hours before the body was recovered. According to which, Soochna Seth might have killed his son within two hours of checking-in at the hotel. Police believe that after the murder, Suchana spent about 22 hours in the hotel room with her son’s body.
Information remained in the hotel with the dead body for the whole day on January 7.
Another big mystery before the police officers is that after killing the son at 2 am on January 6, he spent the whole day in the hotel the next day on January 7.
Information did not call or message anyone. Venkat was scheduled to meet his son on this day but Suchana neither responded to his message nor made any contact.
Not only this, he did not even call anyone at the reception for food and drinks. At around 11:45 pm on January 7, he called the reception desk and said that he had to go to Bengaluru for urgent work and a cab should be arranged for him.
How was the dead body packed in the suitcase?
Police say that while leaving, the informant first kept the son’s body in the bag. She put her son’s favorite toys and clothes on it and then put on her own clothes and left the hotel.
When the police caught him, they got the bag opened. Even during this time she was absolutely calm. Suchana herself opened the bag and took out the clothes from the dead body.
When the police asked whose body was this? In response the information said that he was his son.
Police asked again – Why did you kill the son? Information said- I did not kill my son. She loves him very much and is going to her home to live with her son forever.
Why is the fear of information escaping troubling the police?
What bothers the police is that Suchana is repeatedly saying during interrogation that she did not kill the son. According to the information, the son slept with her alive at night.
Found dead in the morning. She did not want to be separated from her son. So she is taking him home with her. Police sources say that the information is repeatedly saying that she was planning to stay with her son’s dead body for a long time.
Police officials fear that Information may escape punishment in the court on the grounds that his mental condition is not good. If the informant remains firm on his statement then the informant can escape strict punishment in the court even after the murder.
Police sources say that now with the information, the help of psychological experts will be taken in the new investigation.

Police sources say that the informant has not yet confessed to the murder. Therefore, he has got remand for five more days from the court. Psychological methods will be adopted to extract the truth from the information.
