The body of a 24-year-old Indian-origin woman has been found in the trunk of a car in London, UK. Police suspect that the woman was murdered by her Indian-origin husband as he is also absconding. This is the reason why the police is trying to trace the woman’s husband. The incident happened in the beginning of this month and till now nothing is known about the woman’s husband. Police suspect that he may have fled the country.

Police said that a few days ago, the body of 24-year-old Harshita Brela was found in an abandoned car on Brisbane Road in Ilford area of East London. The body was recovered from the trunk of the car. There is no information about the woman’s Indian-origin husband Pankaj Lamba since the body was found. The police suspect that the husband could be the murderer. The police have deployed a team of 60 detectives to search for the accused, but till now nothing has been found about Pankaj.
The woman was missing for several days
Police said that they had received information about Harshita’s disappearance, after which the police tried to find out by going to Harshita’s house located in Skegness Walk area in Corby, Northamptonshire, but no one was found there either. Police were investigating Harshita’s disappearance when they found her dead body in the trunk of a car in Ilford area last Thursday. Police investigation revealed that an acquaintance attacked Harshita. Since Harshita’s husband has also been missing since the incident, the needle of suspicion has turned towards her.
