Jalandhar . Zeeshan Akhtar, the fourth accused in the murder of Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader Baba Siddiqui in Mumbai, is a resident of Shankar village in Jalandhar. The house of the murder accused is locked and his family members have gone missing. Zeeshan Akhtar studied in the government school of Shankar village. His mother and sister have died, while his father and a brother have left home. At present the house is locked.
Villagers told that Zeeshan was fine earlier. But ever since he joined Bishnoi gang, he has not come to the village. He told that three-four years ago Zeeshan Akhtar had joined Bishnoi gang. Its name was also included in Sidhu Moosewala murder. The youth told that the accused’s father had a fight with someone in the village, to take revenge he joined the Bishnoi gang.
It is being told that Zeeshan is a friend of Saurabh Mahakal, the Crime Branch team had gone to Pune to interrogate Saurabh in the case of giving a threatening note to Salman Khan’s father Salim Khan. Saurabh Mahakal’s real name is Siddhesh Kamble. Let us tell you that after being shot last Saturday night, NCP leader Baba Siddiqui was admitted to Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai, where doctors declared him dead during treatment.
